ENGIQ – virtual 3D model analysis assistant
ENGIQ helps you quickly evaluate STL model geometry, manufacturability, and potential risks before production. Upload your 3D model file, review the key parameters and analysis results, and ask AI questions about printing, suitable technologies, and possible optimization decisions.
This tool is intended for initial technical evaluation. ENGIQ helps you better understand model complexity, potential support requirements, geometric features, enclosed regions, thin-wall risks, and which manufacturing technology may be the most suitable for a specific model.
- Upload the STL file to the 3D viewer area.
- Review the model dimensions, volume, surface area, and geometric complexity.
- Evaluate the indicators and recommendations shown in the analysis section.
- Ask AI questions about the model’s manufacturability, printing risks, or technology selection.
- If you need a more accurate evaluation or want to proceed with production, submit a request for an individual quote.
✅ Manufacturability score: shows the overall suitability of the model for manufacturing. A higher score usually means the model is more favorable for further evaluation and production.
✅ Recommended 3D technology: indicates which manufacturing technologies currently appear most suitable based on the model geometry and analysis results.
✅ Geometric consistency: shows whether the model contains potentially problematic enclosed regions, cavities, or internal features that may complicate production.
✅ Geometric detail level: helps evaluate how fine and dense the model geometry is. A higher value usually indicates more complex surface processing and a greater need for accuracy.
✅ Surfaces oriented in the -Z direction: shows how many surface elements of the model are facing downward based on the current model orientation.
✅ Their share in the overall model: shows what portion of the total model surface consists of downward-oriented surfaces.
✅ Share of surfaces exceeding the 45° support threshold: shows how many surfaces in the model may require additional supports or create higher printing risk.
✅ Conclusions and comments: provides a short, easy-to-understand summary of the model’s strengths, risks, and possible manufacturing choices.
✅ Material recommendation: suggests materials based on the model’s purpose, geometry, and expected load.
ENGIQ provides an initial technical analysis based on the model geometry and the selected analysis logic. The final manufacturing decision depends on the model’s purpose, selected technologies, materials, accuracy requirements, quantity, lead time, and other practical production conditions.
If the model requires higher accuracy, mechanical strength, or specific surface quality, we recommend submitting a request for a more precise individual evaluation.
